Celebrating our success in 2023!

Happy new year everybody! We had a great 2023 and wanted to share some of our highlights, thanks again to our customers for allowing us to continue growing and learning!

Revamping a Quality Management System with robust controls, automation, and meaningful connection to its end users
Stabilising a supply base by implementing a supplier assessment system, and assisting with the assessment of critical suppliers
Designing and implementing a production control system which is now providing class leading control, validation, and traceability of all stock movements and status
Designing and implementing a bespoke Concern Management System which has become a core business tool for all teams. This is now used for all reactive and proactive problem solving and continuous improvement!
Providing coaching and guidance on problem solving methodology and best practice to a team of Quality engineers
